If you are a parent or student, simply download the app from the Apple’ App Store or Google’ Play Store, and ensure that the school is Skoolify on-boarded. Once the school uploads the required data set, you will start getting the details.
You can't register unless the school has linked your mobile number to your child's records in our school management application.
The second school may not be on Skoolify, or they haven’t added your child and registered your mobile number.
Ideally, if you re-open the app, or pull-down on the screen, it will fetch the updates completed by the school / education center. If you still don’t see any updated data, this means the school has not updated any further information onto the system, for your review.
